The office was established in 1985 by its founding partner Luiz Noboru Sakaue, which have extensive qualifications and experience in Tax Law because of the legal teachings of the High Labor Court Minister José Luis Vasconcellos and later teamed up with the son of the minister, lawyer Jose Raul Martins Vasconcellos, who specializes in the areas of labor law and civil law in general.
Taking into account the practice was exercised by individual members from, they left in pursuit of their professional ideals and, basing itself on excellence in customer service in relation to specific areas of law, opened their own offices, at the same time the lawyer Carla Giovannetti Menegaz joined as a partner, and the office became known as "Menegaz & Sakaue, Law Firm."
The firm has its own headquarters, located in a strategic point of São Paulo, in the traditional district of Vila Mariana, close to Avenue Paulista, easy access.
